Every piece is made to order at our partner factories, so lead times typically run 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery at your door. You'll get a confirmed delivery window once your order ships.
Yes. We manage the entire journey: factory pickup, ocean freight, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and full installation and assembly in your home. Delivery and installation are included — no extra charges.
Yes — we can dispose of your old furniture on the same day we deliver your new pieces. Let us know when confirming your delivery slot and our team will arrange the pickup. A small disposal fee applies depending on size and volume.
Every piece in our catalog is sized with Singapore HDB flats in mind, tested in standard BTO and resale layouts. If you're unsure about fit, use our room visualizer or book a free consultation for a measured plan.
Most pieces come in multiple colors and finishes you can pick on the product page. For custom fabrics, sizes, or bespoke builds, book a free consultation and our team will put a quote together for you.
Every order ships with a 5-year Vella warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues. We personally inspect each piece before it leaves the factory — and if anything fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it. Factories don't offer warranties, so we do.
Our furniture is made to order at partner factories in China that we've vetted in person. Working directly — no middlemen — is how we keep prices lower than typical Singapore showrooms while matching the build quality of premium brands.
